aboutmyvote.co.uk tells you "all the facts about your vote: what elections are happening in your area, what institutions are being elected, how to register and how to apply for a postal vote." It may still be possible to claim your vote even if you have not registered yet. For instance, in London, you need to register before 16 April to vote in the 1 May elections.
